in a one-on-one coaching relationship to help you create
the life and career that you want!

What's next?

Next, we meet in person, or via the phone, to intentionally
design our coaching relationship and your "Fresh Start!"

What is the Fresh Start! that you want to create?

How is it that you want to use coaching as a
vehicle for your success?

How is it that you want to work with your coach
to achieve your goals?

How will you and your coach best work together?


After designing your Fresh Start!, we will design how we will work together, 
the process,coaching procedures, and expectations.

Then, we will do a Values Mapping session
(included in the Fresh Start! Design Session fee at no cost) so you
and your coach are clear about what it is that you value most.
We will use this as a touch point throughout the coaching
relationship as you make your goals and decisions moving forward.

What's in it for you?

We will create a strong foundation for the
coaching relationship and how we will work together.

we won't be chasing goals that aren't in alignment with
who you are and what you want.

Fresh Start! Design Session


Fee:  $375




This 3-4 hour session will be done in-person or
via the phone in 1- 2 telesessions, and includes
the Values Mapping Session.
